JOHN'S OF BLEECKER STREET
Pizzeria, one of the best in the city, offering pizzas at very good value for money in New York.
There's no shortage of pizzerias in New York City. John's, a Village institution, is one of the best in the city. Al Pacino, Frank Sinatra, Joe Frazier, Vanilla Ice, Harry Connick Jr or Rudolph Giuliani ate there. The smell of pizzas baked in a brick oven is irresistible. The place is unpretentious, rather dark and small, the atmosphere is young and on weekends, the room overflows onto the sidewalk. Unbeatable value for money.

We did not cross celebrities this day but the pictures on the walls are enough to see what a not this place is taken!
The pizzas are delicious, with a fine and slightly crispy pasta, in front of your eyes.
An impressive with rather unusual flavours (including seeds cumin delicately scattered on a pizza pepperoni)
You are lucky enough to make you have by sizes! Large will fix 2 big eaters well... Patrons French pizzerias, we took large each, my husband and me... for with terminal bringing back in doggy-bag a pizza who stayed!
From the outside, the restaurant does not break bricks, everything is in simplicity, the important was the quality of the food. Finally, the restaurant boasts having the great names at its table all the same by exposing photo and newspaper cuttings to the entrance with portraits of Jack Black, Johnny Depp, Woody Allen...
The interior is decorated in a rather psychedelic way!
It is quite noisy, but at the same time, it is a pizzeria and not a 4 star restaurant!
