Vegetables, vegetables and more vegetables, in a multitude of interesting and surprising forms. There is no à la carte menu at this vegetarian restaurant, which offers a 5-course tasting menu. These vary according to the produce available and the whims of chef Amanda Cohen, who has been acclaimed by the New York Times and others. Spinach mille-feuille, Brussels sprout tacos, simple yet sublime tomato... We love it. Dirt Candy is one of only two Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurants in New York.
