Canteen offering burgers, sandwiches, pastries and various cold and hot dishes in New York City.
Don't let the name fool you, La Baguette Bakery is not a bakery at all. What's more, the few pastries are not very good. It's more like a canteen where you fill your tray from among the twenty or so hot dishes and ten or so cold ones. Burgers, sandwiches, paninis and salads are also prepared on request. As a bonus, you can listen for a few minutes to the French radio station Chérie FM, which plays on a loop in the establishment!
