EMPANADA MAMA
Empanada restaurant in Midtown West.
The empanada, a very popular dish in Latin America, is the equivalent of a pastry, filled with vegetables and/or meat. Depending on the country, it is made from corn or wheat flour - here you can try both versions. The toppings are varied and more or less Americanized: from the classic beef empanada with potatoes and onions to the slightly less traditional pepperoni pizza. In this place open all night long, there is a happy crowd of revelers and people straight out of the theater.
