L'Aile ou La Cuisse is a charming French bistro well established in the Greenwich setting. It is Sébastien, a Breton, who is in charge of the situation. You will probably come across it if you come by on the weekend for a cocktail, a glass of wine or for a more serious business, include here a duck confit, a coq au vin or marine mussels. The French fries are homemade, while Romain, Sébastien's associate chef, makes his own rillettes, sausages and foie gras.
