It is difficult to make more luxurious than these terraces with modern and sleek design. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen and some enjoy an incredible view of Central Park. The building also features a spa and an excellent French restaurant, Café Boulud. The most beautiful apartments - and the most expensive apartments - also have a large terrace, a luxury that has become rare in New York.
