Me habia alojado en el hotel en el año 2018 durante 5 meses y mu expeiencia habia sido magnifica. Regrese a New York ahora y todo ha sido superador. El hotel ya no esta en reforma y han incorporado habitaciones studio que son fantasticas con cocina y baño privado !!!!!!! El personal merece un capitulo extra: sencillamente excepcioanles por su amabilidad y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa en su rostro. El encargado de mantenimiento y la Gobermanta me recordaban despues de 5 años: se puede pedir algo mas cuando uno esta fuera de casa ? La ubicacion es para mi gusto inmejorable, salir del ruido de la gran ciudad y llegar en unos minutos a ese tranquilo y relajado barrio es lo mejor que te puede pasar cada dia.Volvere siempre !!!!!!! Gracias Ignacip por todo !!!

Very nice rooms, they are clean and have everything you need! I stayed for 7 weeks there and it was great, the staff is super helpful and nice!
Negative points: laundry could be better.

I stayed at Hotel 99 for a few months and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The room was clean and newly remodeled with great views of the UWS.

The staff here are friendly and really go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant sty.

My husband and I are staying here for a few months and we have loved it so far! The room we are staying in looks newly remodeled, and clean. The staff are all really helpful and nice as well. Such a great deal, highly recommend.
