Muy limpias las habitaciones buena atención

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Disgusting rooms which were not cleaned. The AC and heat did not work. Overpriced for such horrible conditions and a waste of money and time. When you call the front desk for service, no one answers the phone. I do not recommend this hotel to the general public. The actual hotel and rooms are nothing like the website, everything is old, shabby and unclean. It's all a sham to get people to book but once you get there it is so disgusting. This hotel needs to be shut down permanently.

Hotel is being used as a migrant center. Place is a complete dump! Only go here if you want to get lice

El hotel tiene una ubicacion excelente. Cerca de todos los puntos de interes turisticos. A la vuelta del Empire. Tiene un rooftop muy hermoso.
El lobby es sencillo y modernizado y tiene un desayunador artiba pero no estaba habilitado.
Las habitaciones son muy viejas y anticuadas pero amplias. Cama y almohadas mmm. Baños simples. Linda vista.
La cuadra esta llena de restautantes orientales (coreanos) y tiene mucho movimiento el fin de semana. No es linda ni limpia pero esta muy practico para turismo.

No complaints. We enjoyed our stay. Nice staff. Comfortable room. Reasonable rates.
Complimentary coffee all day. Convenient location near trains and Times Square. View of Empire State Building if you look up- as nyma is very close to ESB. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner ; they have it but it’s very very basic. We felt safe & slept well. There’s a rooftop bar too. They gladly extended our checkout to 1pm, which was nice. Great housekeeping staff too.

Good hotel, with a very good location, i loved the korea street, nice urban view from the rooms. Very much nacionalities hosted there, then, you will met people from all around world. The people work there is very gently and respectible.... in my opinion, i was there in the best season... i loved october, i take bike rides all the days and used cabs just one night with my mom and sister, but, it's not necessary, you can citibike everywhere from the hotel... i recomend the city bikes and definetly, "THE NEW YORK PASS"

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs. Smelly and dirty. Clumps of hair on the bed and flies all over the breakfast food. Had to be moved 4 times and all the rooms were the same.

My go to - in the middle of Korea town they are lovely staff and the rooftop bar is impeccable

I booked my stay with at least six months before the trip (October/22), my fare permitted the whole cancelation one day before the stay, and on the description of the rooms said that they had kitchen appliances on rooms like microwave, pots, pans... On the check in the receptionist inform us that the Nyma Hotel is closed, and no worries your reservation was transferred to the hotel in front (hotel at 5th avenue). They offered to bring someone to take us there, but we crossed the street, and went to the reception on the "sister" hotel. At the time I decided to see what they had to offer, so the new receptionist treated us like she was making this huge favor, than I ask for the kitchen appliances since we are in a new hotel and she says "there is no kitchen appliances here or on the nyma hotel", when was time to pay I ask to pay 70% on debit, and 30% on cash, since there is a limit to debit cards, and guess what? "we don't accept cash" (huh? I mean sometimes they don't accept a specific card but cash? And again with the rudeness, hello? I'm a costumer who booked a service with one establishment and is pushed to another which is gaining my business, which I am paying up front and they given me zero apologies, zero excuses, lots of trouble and rudeness. The two only good things that I can say about the hotel is that it's a great location, close to the train station, metro, empire state building, macy's and on a street full of restaurants, the other is that all the staff excluding the rude receptionist were extremely friendly.

Tengo una reserva para el año que viene que la realice y pague hace unos meses. Al chequear el estado de mi reserva me confirman que el hotel va a estar cerrado en ese tiempo. Mando mail, llamo, llamo a traves de de booking y no obtengo respuesta. Quero saber a que hotel se me va a derivar, me gustaria saber la ubicacion del hotel que me van a mandar ya que elegi este por la ubicacion. No encuentro la forma de obtener respuesta, quizas por este medio me respondan. Gracias

Han cancelado la reserva porque el Gobierno de la ciudad de Nueva York ha ordenado que el hotel Nyma The New York Manhattan Hotel desaloje a todos los clientes para poder acoger en exlusividad a personas sin hogar o en riesgo extremo de exclusión social.

10 Tage vor der Anreise wurde mir das Hotel wegen Überbuchung storniert, obwohl ich zwei Monate vor Anreise gebucht habe (über Booking). Eine Frechheit. Jetzt so kurzfristig ein gutes Hotel zu finden zu dem ursprünglichen Preis läuft gegen Null.
