Hotel with spa and pool offering spacious rooms with beautiful views, close to Central Park in New York City.

Housed in the first 25 floors of an immense 90-storey tower, this hotel inaugurated at the end of 2014 offers some of the most spacious rooms in Manhattan. The building, the size of the Eiffel Tower, was designed by French architect Christian de Portzamparc. Most rooms offer superb views of the southern part of the city, and some overlook Central Park, just two blocks away. The hotel is one of the few in Manhattan to have a spa (undergoing renovation in 2024, but still open) and swimming pool, on the 25th floor.

It's a nice bar. I didn't stay this trip but I've stayed in all the flagship Park Hyatt and this was probably a little more generic slash boring than their Hong Kong/Toronto/London offers. Staff were perfect & lovely.

We had a great stay at the park Hyatt. The staff were all incredible and particularly Kamil at breakfast was wonderful and so sweet with our 3 yo daughter. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Excellent location and wonderful room. Loved the fruit bowl selection and the stand-alone tub! The rain shower was fabulous, too, with heated floors! My only dislike was the automatic lights in the bathroom at night which have become super popular.

What a special hotel! Such attention to detail and genuine care from the entire staff. Ben, The Front Office Manager, was so helpful arranging everything for our wedding night stay. He and the hotel as whole went above and beyond in every aspect. This is one of the only 5 star hotels in NYC , and it sure didn’t disappoint. Room was immaculate and spacious. Front desk was so helpful and always with a smile.Service was splendid. We can’t wait to return for our 1 year anniversary! Thanks PH NYC ❤️❤️
