Ausstattung der Zimmer auf das nötigste beschränkt. Es gab einen Balkon nach hinten raus, der allerdings nicht zu nutzen war da es keinen Stuhl und keinen Tisch gab es gab keine becher für Zahnbürsten, seife und shampoo waren leer, Bettwäsche in 10 Tagen nicht gewechselt, Handtücher täglich, war jedoch auch nötig da Dusche extrem undicht. In 10 Tagen nicht einmal Flächen abgewischt oder Boden gereinigt.

This is my go to hotel every time I travel back to the city. I always highly recommend this hotel to all of my friends and colleagues. Customer service is top tier. Thomas at the front desk is AMAZING! He is patient, knowledgeable and just a kind young man. He is a complete asset to this hotel brand. I have NEVER had a bad experience while staying here and it’s been my go to for over 4 years!

Top location, easy to get to and from Grand Central Station 5min walk, JFK is around 45min away. Times Square is 10min walking distance. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. Our room was cleaned every day. The staff at the reception were nice and friendly.

We loved this place for being able to go out on the balcony. The location was great and the staff was always helpful. They didn't charge to store our luggage before and after check in which was nice since as Canadians didn't always have USD on hand (we will next time for sure)...We've booked again for August because we really thought the whole experience was cute. Unless you plan to stay in your hotel all day, you don't need a huge room. The balcony was such a cute way to chill before getting some sleep.

If you want to stay at a hotel and get NO rest, this is the place for you. Simply the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Between the 24 hour construction next door, the Irish bar with drunk customers and the room heater which sounded like a passing subway train , the noise is deafening! As a Hilton boutique hotel you’d expect better, but it’s not !

Very nice rooms, heated bathroom floors, high quality toiletries and towels, and friendly service. Never had to wait long for the elevators despite there being only two of them.

The room size was decent—much better than many of the other hotels I’ve stayed at in New York. Out of town tourists need to understand that space comes at a (very high) premium in NYC. Obviously you won’t get the most space unless you stay at a very old or very expensive hotel. In any case, I’ve had much smaller rooms in Tokyo. This is more than fine.

All in all, a great experience if you have reasonable expectations.

Beyond Expectations. The balcony was lovely, the bed was comfy, and it was definitly sound proof. Very beautiful and elegant.

Very handily placed, 5 blocks up from Grand Central. Very much a good 3 star hotel with friendly staff, a great room cleaning / servicing crew, and adjoining a brilliant little Italian restaurant called Allora used for Breakfasts (B & B gives you a #28 credit pp per day). Good brekkie choices & Alyssa a great waitress.
Be warned, Hotel takes #350 dollars advance payment from your credit card, returnable when you leave (not great!!). If you like a special classic / quality Italian evening meal then book Allora.

Stay anywhere else.There's just no reason to stay here. This is not an ordinary Hotel, it’s most likely a Capsule Hotel. Everything is very tiny. There is absolutely no space for two people to sit when we enter the hotel. Rooms are so tiny. Bed is not long enough.There is hardly any space for two people. Front desk staff not friendly at all. Hotel was lackluster and room was depressing. Not worth the money. Extremely expensive for such hotel.
I booked for 3 nights, but I couldn’t stay for more than 3 hours, and I left to a different hotel.
This was by far the worse experience staying at a Hilton Hotel.

Love everything about this hotel. Spacious and super clean rooms, heated bathroom floor tiles, luxurious towels, robe and slippers, excellent front desk service, easy valet parking, balcony, updated television to watch your favorites show on different apps, close to amazing restaurants and love that the floors are non carpeted!

Overall, it’s a good choice. i stayed in a king corner room w/ balcony, which i recommend for the extra square feet, cause overall this location is small. this location is older, so their is alittle wear and tear everywhere, even the lamb shades. but the balcony def helped, on the back side of the building which was nice (i love that in new york, which is quieter).

next door there is construction but they are only outside to cut things, so minimal noise. hot water wasn’t consistent, which was a bummer, cause they didn’t seem busy.

the restaurant connect is really cute. i only had a martini at the bar, which was perfect, but i didn’t eat there, looked nice, from the inside.

would recommend for decent prized option in manhattan with good location.

the tv live screaming was great with good channels. the espresso machine was nice. the heated bathroom floors were nice but couldn’t really feel it if it wasn’t on 80.

Truly an amazing time! Besides the comfort of the room and being able to have a balcony to witness NYC beauty, no matter the floor, was great! Rooftop wasn't open, only disappointment but the service for check in to check out was perfect! Brittney welcomed my party and I very warmly and the hotel itself is quite and intimate. Definitely a hotel worth returning to! And you're close to pretty much everything!

Nice hotel in a great location. Service desk was very accommodating with early and a late checkout. Rooms were nice for the price but per usual NYC pretty tiny.

I enjoyed staring at this hotel as the location was convenient (though they often time had an issue with hot water and would have to switch rooms) but Unfortunately, I had left a diamond ring behind and called as soon as I was in the Uber, leaving the hotel and was told that the item was safe there and that I can pick it up. When I went to pick up the item a few days later, I was informed that no one knew what I was talking about because there was no incident report. The situation was handled very poorly as if nothing happened. I would definitely book another hotels in the area. There are other places with good prices, and kind staff throughout the city.
