Affordable hotel close to the Empire State Building, Times Square and Madison Square Garden.
This truly friendly and unpretentious hotel is located north of Chelsea, close to Manhattan's essential sights such as the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden or Times Square. However, the calm is in the establishment and in the adjacent streets. Two types of housing available: dormitories or private rooms. The 5 dormitories are spacious and comfortable with small living room and internet access in each room. For the private rooms (tiny), it is a little more original: each room has a name, each corresponding to a particular theme. You can ask for the Dali room, Star Trek or Cleopatra, but also Madonna, in which she actually stayed in 1981. And there's a terrace. Beware! Standard, double, triple and quadruple rooms share bathrooms. And in dormitories, toilet towels are not provided. The hotel also offers you the possibility to rent bicycles or rollers to walk around, for example to follow the Hudson River and get down to Battery Park. You have understood this, here is a nice address, quite young of mind and for small budgets.

The ratings and reviews below reflect the subjective opinions of members and not the opinion of The Little Witty.
The hotel is young in terms of the clientele and management.
Next door is one of the best addresses of Cheesecakes New York and you are right next to Madison Square Garden.
The hotel does not have a breakfast but there is plenty to do in the region.
The rooms are quite quiet, the area is calm and you will surely to see some small squirrels coming to greet you the window (according to your room).
An address that I rather recommend for young people or people for which the hotel is a place for more than a place of comfort where you spend time.
Service, breakfast way buffet, varied and good.
