HOTEL DEAUVILLE
Hotel in a historical setting, under the Empire States Building, near Little India.
Just below the Empire State Building, on a tree-lined street where the Mafia once ran several hotels, this old building has a pleasant colonial feel, with its two columns at the entrance. The welcome is warm and pleasant. Although not ultramodern, the 54 rooms were renovated a few years ago to create spacious, comfortable spaces with a king-size bed, bathroom (violet), telephone, air conditioning, TV and radio. The elevator is still original, with a valet to take you to the floor you want. A good address for lovers of Indian cuisine, with Little India just around the corner.
