In the heart of Times Square, The Muse, recently restored at a cost of $12 million, offers comfort, creativity and quality service. Most of the 200 rooms or suites have balconies offering spectacular views over Manhattan. The rooms, decorated in black and white tones with a slightly baroque, studied style, are equipped with flat-screen TVs, ultra-modern speakers for listening to music and fast Internet connections. There's even a Spa using Occitane brand products. The Muse's restaurant, the District, offers fine cuisine prepared by chef Patricia Williams.

My daughter and I came to celebrate my birthday from Feb 28 until tomorrow March 4 and I needed to write this review before I checkout.
The entire time....
I felt safe, comfortable, and I was treated like an honored guest the entire time we were here.
From holding my luggage before the room was ready, upgrading us, bringing us fresh towels and a blanket, and hailing a cab in the rain there wasn't a single thing I needed that we didn't get.
The bathroom shower was huge! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The 9th floor was quiet and the elevators were fast as lightning! What more can you ask for this close to time square?
I can finally say I have found the hotel I will return to every time I visit NYC. Special shout out to Barbara, Alfredo, Waku & Eduardo for taking care of us even though everyone was great!
