Good value gay friendly hotel in the Village near Chelsea.
The hotel, ideally located in the Village on the edge of Chelsea, welcomes both gay and lesbian couples (and is not off-limits to straights!). Each room is named after an old movie star (ah, Judy Garland!) and the rooms feature giant, colorful posters of reels from the era. If they don't have private bathrooms, they at least have shower rooms. The atmosphere is informal and relaxed, the hotel is comfortable and the staff do a lot for the reputation of the establishment (consecrated by Out and About). Visitors are always lavishly guided and advised. Good value for money.
