Hotel offering cheap rooms, near the subways in New York City.
A budget address par excellence, the Dexter House is above all economical. The (small) rooms are functional and come with a small fridge, which is handy if you want to have breakfast before hitting the town. At this price, of course, most bathrooms are shared (one bathroom for every 5 rooms...), but then again, prices are unbeatable and the hotel is located very close to the metro. An alternative to youth hostels.

Terrible flophouse. Realtor who runs Steve’s rooms charges an astonishing $3000 for roach infested room in a building that has one tiny elevator for 186 units. Really disgusting

Estuve en ese hotel en el año 1966 fue muy mi estancia allá cerca de la iglesia metodista San Paul and San Andrés
