perfekter standort! nach einem lauten, schnellen und hektischen tag, kann man hier perfekt runter fahren.
zimmer nicht gross, aber nur zum schlafen gross genug. betten waren sehr bequem und das zimmer sehr sauber. trotzdem nur 4 sterne für das zimmer, da die badezimmertüre quitscht und man in der nacht aufwacht, wenn der andere die türe öffnet/schliesst. und; beim bett ist genau die bedienung (display) für die klimaanlage.
die angestellten waren sehr freundlich und äusserst hilfsbereit!

Great hotel in a good location. Close to a lot of subway stops. They say you can cast your device to the TV… but it never worked. Loved the water stations and the sparkling water in the lobby. Room was a good size and the bed was comfy. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

We were in New York for the first time and had no idea about parking rules. We rented a car at the airport and went to the hotel. When I got there, I asked the receptionist about parking for the hotel, and she referred us to long-term parking without explaining the rules. We paid $280 for 5 days of parking but didn't know that we couldn't exit the car from parking each day or whenever we wanted. When we went to pick up the car, they informed us that exiting the car from parking would terminate the parking contract. We returned to the hotel to seek clarification, but the receptionist, a young girl, was very rude and insisted we should have asked her for the rules beforehand. I'm unsure of what questions to ask in such situations, as I'm completely unfamiliar with the parking rules. She didn't accept any responsibility, and the parking facility refused to refund our money. We had a very bad customer service experience at this hotel. They should have explained the rules to us, considering we were guests and newcomers."

It was one of the worst experiences in my life! Upon arrival they tell us that we already have the room and we went to the US OPEN tennis tournament and we returned at 10 pm and the people who were working were not the same person from the morning and they tell us that they do not have rooms available! after we had already checked in! They gave us a room without air on the bottom floor then they tell us that is the only thing they have or to go look for another hotel! It was already 12 at night and we were waiting, sleeping in the waiting area! He gave us a room at 12:30 telling me that they were doing me a favor! That the next day they would give me my room! The next day the person who attended me for the first time was there and told me that it was a lack of respect that he would give me my room for which I paid and had reserved and that they would give me a discount if I go the next time

Agréable séjour avec une superbe vue sur le mémorial et surtout le lit face à la fenêtre pour admirer la vue et les lumières de la ville lorsque l’on est couché.
Le personnel de la réception est très agréable.
Le ménage de la chambre n’a été fait qu’une fois le 4e jour pour 5 jours passés dans l’hôtel, ça devient de plus en plus courant dans les hôtels maintenant l’excuse Covid ………

Londyn is the reason for the 5 stars! She offered us a suite when our terrace room was not available and even escorted us personally to see it to help my nephew celebrate a birthday! Very grateful to her! The rooftop was also a great little hideaway with delicious drinks and warm service! Felt safe, clean and located well for Downtown!

Only complaint is Club Quarters IE World Center Hotel has ZERO design or character elements. Could use some modernizing or splashes of color. But rooms are useful, clean, and have all you need to be comfortable, and that's most important.

I received a text the day before check-in with the opportunity to upgrade our kitchen bedroom to a superior room with a view for a nominal fee. We took the upgrade. We got texts before our arrival from actual people (not a virtual assistant). We arrived and were able to check in early and one of the people who texted me was right there. Marsha-Ann and Dawn were at the front desk and made us feel so welcome and wonderful. Our room was beautiful. The view incredible and another text to make sure everything was great. It was. An added bonus in addition to the view was the purified water dispensers. We loved everything about the hotel but what made it even more special were Marsh-Ann and Dawn. They instantly made you feel like you were the most important guests. The rooms were clean and I have absolutely no complaints on this location. Yes, you are in the financial district so you are going to have a long walk or subway to get to Times Square but this area has its own charm. The picture below was our room view.

Très belles chambres, un peu petites pour les premiers prix mais fonctionnelles.
Très proches du métro donc facile de se déplacer dans NY.
Facilement accessible en voiture et qq possibilité de se garer dans rues proches car parking privé très cher.
Ils vous gardent vos bagages lors du jour de votre départ gratuitement.
Nous gardons un bon souvenir de cet hotel
