You've probably already heard of Café Joyeux, since this chain of inclusive, solidarity-based cafés has numerous establishments all over France as well as in other European countries. Founded in 2017 in Rennes by Yann Bucaille Lanrezac, Café Joyeux employs only young people with disabilities, including cognitive impairment and Down's syndrome. The place is true to its name: very cheerful, with yellow predominating. The menu includes pastries, quiches and croque-monsieur.
