Suspension of the construction of the WTC 2 tower in Manhattan until occupants are found who are willing to finance it.
After many twists and turns, the construction of this tower across from the Oculus has stalled. The British architect Norman Foster was initially responsible for building it, but in June 2015, the owner of the WTC complex entrusted the architecture of the tower (whose construction had begun in 2010) to Bjarke Ingels, in order to satisfy the media mogul Ruppert Murdoch, who was planning to install his two companies there ... but who eventually gave up! While waiting to find occupants ready to finance it, its construction is suspended.
