50 m high construction made of copper-plated cells with 150 flights of stairs of 2,500 steps.

It's paradoxical that in the city where Elisha Graves Otis installed his first elevators, which enabled buildings to reach for the sky, staircases are in fashion! The structure features over 150 flights of stairs, with a total of 2,500 steps! The 50-metre-high structure is made up of copper-coloured cells. Closed since 2021 following a number of suicides, The Vessel is due to reopen to the public in 2024, following the implementation of additional safety measures (including the addition of steel fencing).

Fantastique !
