A building with an architecture similar to that of a Greek temple that becomes an ideal museum to discover the illustrated Bible
George Washington was proclaimed the first President of the United States in 1789, and the first American Congress was held there when New York was for some time the capital of the United States. The building, originally built by the English, was replaced by the present one in 1842. The Federal Hall, whose architecture is similar to that of a Greek temple, became a museum in 1955. In particular, we can discover the illustrated Bible, used by George Washington during his inauguration.
