Colonial style museum moved twice and considered one of the founding fathers of America
Alexander Hamilton's former home, George Washington's right-hand mansion, is now a museum that tells the story of daily life in the early 19th century. Considered one of America's founding fathers, Hamilton was involved in drafting the Constitution. Its country house has remained unchanged since its construction in 1802. This colonial-style residence was nevertheless moved twice. First a few blocks in 1889, then a hundred meters in 2008.
