500 FIFTH AVENUE
Magnificent 60-story Art Deco building between 42nd and 43rd Streets in Manhattan housing companies
Between 42nd and 43rd streets, at the corner of Bryant Park, stands this magnificent Art Deco building, a monument protected since 2010. 212 m high, it has sixty floors. You find similarities with the Empire State Building, and it is no coincidence that it was designed by the same architectural firm, Shreve, Bam and Harmon. The two skyscrapers were inaugurated the same year, in 1931. It took two years to build it. Unfortunately, it is not possible to enter the building to visit it because it is home to companies.
