Bien que je sois une inconditionnelle du Metropolitan Museum of Arts, la Collection Frick permet d'appréhender l'art à une échelle plus humaine. Il est possible de se promener de pièce en pièce en s'imaginant non pas en visite mais vivant là entouré de toute cette beauté. S'y trouver un petit dimanche matin est un vrai bonheur.

Better than a museum; a house in which you feel welcomed by the guest, as if the house of a friend were visited.
Each room is equipped with an extreme refinement, more splendid furnishings than the others and especially paintings cash among the largest masterpieces of the history of painting: st Jerome by el Greco, two Titiens sublime, Velasquez, Goya, Brueghel the old to dancers Degas.
A feeling of serene beauty of this unique house of its kind.
