Founded in 1904, this museum traces the history and culture of the Jewish people throughout the world, from antiquity to the present day. The fascinating exhibition Scenes from the Collection, on the third floor, features 600 works from the museum's collection: cultural objects, silverware, paintings and audiovisual documents. The first two floors of the museum are dedicated to temporary exhibitions representing historical events of Jewish culture or personal interpretations by renowned contemporary artists (Schoenberg, Kandinsky, Frida Kahlo...).
