WILLIAMSBURG BRIDGE
Busy bridge with a beautiful view of Midtown Manhattan offering a very quiet ride for pedestrians and cyclists.
Not as beautiful as Brooklyn Bridge, Williamsburg Bridge, which was completed in 1903, offers a beautiful view of Midtown Manhattan. It has the advantage of being frequented almost exclusively by New Yorkers, with tourists abandoning it for the benefit of its famous neighbour! It is however very pleasant to cross, on foot or by bike, the stroll is very quiet especially as pedestrians and cyclists each have their own way. Also funny, the passage of the subway just below (the vibrations are not as strong as on the Manhattan Bridge!).
