STONE STREET
Small, protected, pedestrian street in Manhattan, lined with boutiques, restaurants with terraces and a commercial brewery.
In the midst of the Financial District's skyscrapers, Stone Street is still going strong and has lost none of its 17th-century charm. This small street, protected since 1996 (and pedestrianised!), takes us back several centuries with its cobblestones, its shops with charming facades and its restaurants overflowing with terraces. This is where the first commercial brewery in the United States was established in 1632, so it's imperative that you stop here for a cold beer or a bite to eat before continuing your tour of Lower Manhattan
