le meilleur burger de New York ?
A mon sens, effectivement l'un des meilleurs qu'il m'ait été donné de manger dans cette ville. La cuisson était parfaite et la viande moelleuse à souhait. Nous y avons été en plein après-midi, nous étions seuls à être servis. C'était top !

Too tourist, all customers have a guide in their hand. To avoid. Meat too cooked in their automatic grill, like other fast food, plastic plates and average French fridge. Near the high line to digest this meal far from being unforgettable.

Inevitably, you can hear everywhere that it is the best bistro eat the best burger, then you go there, but you are a little disappointed. The decor is nice, well vintage but the burger is not to damn itself either! Good but nothing more! To make right to validate it in your guide!

J'y suis retourné 15 ans plus tard par nostalgie. Les banquettes en bois, les boiseries sombres, les frites croustillantes et le burger (un poil trop cuit) ont fait leur effet. Ce n'est pas ou plus le meilleur burger de NYC mais cela reste une bonne adresse.

Adresse connue pour ces burgers qui sont apparemment "les meilleurs de NYC".
C'est effectivement très bon (sans être exceptionnel), relativement copieux et pas très cher.

This is all the guides including passage required to eat good burger, best of NY. It is wondered whether guides already foot in their establishments recommended this one. Admittedly burger is good but we have been eating at least same quality elsewhere. The service is with the strict minimum: plastic dishes, no seats. The worst of all is the reception than it is the owner or the waiter, not a word, not a smile, no minimal effort courtesy. The only place of NY where we has that, so that you did not have any more feel! Unmissable with absolutely skirting round! and how the guides reactualize their opinions!
