Homemade pasta and modern Italian cuisine in a restaurant with terrace just a stone's throw from Dumbo in New York.
A stone's throw from DUMBO, Francesco Nuccitelli, the former manager of the Gatopardo from Modena (not far from Milan) opened a small restart of contemporary Italian cuisine: Social. An integral part of the neighborhood, the elegant bistro and its terrace attract both residents and travelers alike: for the atmosphere on the one hand, for the menu on the other. Pasta is made home and the vast majority of ingredients meet the requirement of the farm-to-table, which is increasingly widespread in New York and elsewhere. Marinated olives, spaghetti al pomodoro, burrata, grilled octopus… Some good cocktails are also available, such as Smokey Honey or Spicy Margarita.
