The ultimate Brooklyn brunch, hence its evocative name! The house speciality is pancakes, very thick and yet melting, covered with a rich hazelnut praline and brown butter. It's hard to finish (especially if you've ordered the three pancakes, stacked on the plate like a culinary Everest), but it's so delicious you can't even put the fork down. The other dishes are just as finely executed. Attention, the restaurant does not accept cash, payment by credit card only.
