Excellent barbecue in New York City, voted one of the best in the country by Thrillist magazine in 2017.
A barbecue in the purest American tradition. When you enter, you must first queue at the counter to order your meat (braised pork, beef breast, turkey, lamb or even prime rib) and its side dishes of your choice. The meat is smoked with oak wood, as is traditional in the southern United States. Then, equipped with your tray, you only have to sit around one of the large wooden communal tables. In 2017, the restaurant was voted one of the best barbecues in the country by the online magazine Thrillist.
