Kinoko is a neighborhood restaurant, as evidenced by its friendly atmosphere and a room full of regulars, all of whom the owner knows by first name. But the menu of this fusion restaurant is rather sophisticated. Originally from New Orleans and a fan of Japanese cuisine, Kelseay Dukae decided to open her own restaurant serving sushi with Cajun sauce, among other delicious dishes. The wine list is interesting too: if you haven't tried it yet, now's the time to try the orange wine.
