The chef's name is Buitoni, and he is originally from Piedmont, where he learned to make his own pasta with his mother. Parpadelle, maltagliatis, tagliatelle, the choice, essentially vegetarian, is vast and tasty. On weekends, for the unavoidable brunch, there are many egg-based dishes accompanied by the traditional Mimosa.
