Excellent American-style barbecue in an unusual restaurant in New York.

Fette Sau is not an establishment like any other. Here, no waiters, no plates, and sometimes even no cutlery! Fette Sau is an American-style barbecue celebration. Braised pork ribs or shoulders, beef breast or cheeks, lamb... the choice between the different meats is Dantean. The order is made by weight. You have three possibilities: the quarter pound (113g), the half pound (226g) and the pound for the more adventurous (454g). Don't forget to try the three barbecue sauces that are available!
