Excellent yakitoris at a Japanese kebab restaurant in New York.
A yakitori in Brooklyn is a first, and further proof of the success of these Japanese skewer restaurants. As in all yakitoris ("grilled bird" in Japanese), all the preparations are cooked on the barbecue. The dishes are shared(family style as we say in the United States) and it is recommended to order at least six skewers for two people. Vegetarians are advised not to come to Momo, as the main reason for coming is to taste the different pieces of meat, including chicken heart and beef tongue.
