Gourmet restaurant offering delicious fish cuisine in New York City.
Absinthe and fish is the concept of this gourmet restaurant that is the pride of Brooklyn and proves once again that great cuisine is taking hold in Williamsburg. A popular after-work spot for Brooklynites for its oysters and atmosphere. The fish menu is exquisite: scallops with lemon and soy sauce, lobster with a delicious aioli and tarragon sauce or spicy mackerel prepared with pineapple and avocado. The portions are rather small.
