Excellent pastries by Zachary Golper, nominated for the title of best baker in New York.
French people living in New York all know this bakery that makes excellent pastries. Its chef and owner, Zachary Golper, has in fact been nominated five times for the title of best baker by the James Beard Foundation (an institution in the field of cuisine in the United States). Note that the name is not a coincidence: here, everything is indeed well done. Lovers of pale, soft chopsticks, refrain! The sandwiches are excellent, although a little small, you can order take-out and walk to the park.
