Fulgurances is a pop-up restaurant concept that originated in Paris, and has been so successful that a second address has emerged in New York in 2021. Like an incubator, Fulgurances aims to reveal young international chefs by giving them the keys to the kitchen for six months. So there's never a dull moment, since the concept is constantly being renewed. The menu price, on the other hand, remains the same. The Greenpoint restaurant is called Laundromat because it's housed in a former laundromat! A must-try.
