The 3 rooms, for 2 to 3 people, are clean, and the house has a garden, a kitchen (a definite plus for lightening the restaurant budget!) and full equipment (heating, air conditioning, fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer...). And all easily accessible by metro. Definitely good value for money.
