Marsha P. Johnson State Park
Park with a mini-beach that becomes a concert venue and a market with food stalls and local products in summer
If the park itself has little interest, the view on Manhattan is so impressive that it would be a shame to miss it. Especially since it is a mini-beach with its sand and its small waves which are in front of the buildings of Midtown. The banks of the East River being developed, it is possible from the park to walk along the water. In summer, the park becomes a concert venue, and a market, called Smorgasburg, with food stalls and local producers.
