Coney Island Beach is great for surfing on windy days, offering a pleasant and windy walk
In summer, Coney Island's beach is crowded but wide enough that you're not stuck with your neighbors like on the Côte d'Azur. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the beach is not beyond reproach. For cleaner sand and sea, walk along the page to Brighton Beach and Manhattan Beach. This is also where you can go surfing on windy days. Summer or winter, theboardwalk is as pleasant as it is windy. Along its five kilometers, you'll come across many kitschy street vendors who add to the district's charm.

La plage est situé à côté du parc d'attraction donc vous pourrez y passer facilement une journée.
Depuis sa réfection, Coney Island a un peu perdu de son charme vieillot. Ceci dit, pour une journée loin du tumulte, préférez la partie Brighton Beach.
