Former public school with avant-garde works by young artists and temporary exhibitions of art nouveau
This is the experimental branch of MoMA. Behind the walls of this former public school are the avant-garde works of young contemporary American and international artists. The industrial-style building retains the corridors and tiles of the old school and houses temporary exhibitions of new and experimental art. Warm UpSaturdays are held in the museum's gardens in the summer, where you can drink and dance into the early evening to the sounds of DJs from around the world.
