Un centre à découvrir mais qui ne rivalise pas avec les centres de Troyes. Malgré tout, il y a des affaires intéressantes à faire. Inconvénient majeur, il est éloigné de Strasbourg et est très isolé, dans la nature. Il vaut mieux y aller avec plusieurs buts d'achat pour rentabiliser le déplacement. Des marques moins connues sont également installées pour satisfaire aussi bien la clientèle alsacienne qu'allemande. Les animations du centre sont très discrètes.
