It is an interesting little museum with a real pagoda and an impressive collection of mysterious objects. It was founded by Jacques Marchais who, despite his name, had nothing of the bourgeois Parisian that one imagines, since he was actually a woman from Cincinnati! She became passionate about Tibet and the Himalayas, where she never set foot. Today, the museum houses one of the most important collections of Himalayan art in the world.
