MAISON BAGDASH
Don't go to Hamidiyé Souk without tasting the milk covered with almonds and pistachio nuts from the Bagdash house! These ice creams have the particularity of being extremely elastic, not melting and having a unique taste in the world since their composition has been kept secret for more than a century. The main room is covered with photographs of famous personalities who visited the house and is stained by the sound of the drumsticks used by the servers to prepare the sorbets. Those who are pressed will be able to enjoy a small pot by walking.
Other speciality of the site: mouhallabiyé, cream cream scented to orange flower and covered with sharpened pistachio and almonds. The gourmands can combine mouhallabiyé and sherbet!
