AUBERGE DE CHAMBORNE
Restaurant, bar and grocery store offering a simple and tasty cuisine made of local dishes.
Located on the road that connected the Chair-Dieu in Puy-en-Velay, the hostel was a very busy place in the th century. The restaurant today lost its strategic position (although close to the D 906) but appears to be reborn from its ashes. Victor, 27, after having traveled to Canada and France, took over the hostel in June 2012, enclosing a bar and a grocery store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The glass extension (dining room) is spacious and local dishes are enjoyed by looking at the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is simple but tasty. A hostel that has the merit of offering family cuisine in a hamlet of only a few inhabitants.
