Reopened in 2024, this luxurious boutique hotel is housed in the refined surroundings of the Conde de Lombillo palace, itself enthroned on the iconic Plaza Vieja. Stepping into this almost two-and-a-half-century-old building (1780), with its romantic atmosphere of another era, is an experience in itself: the colonial architecture and beautiful volumes are full of charming Mediterranean reminiscences. In the bedrooms, you'll find the ultimate in luxury, from king-size beds to toiletries. The café-restaurant is also well worth a visit.
