Set in the walls of a charming wooden house dating back to 1879, it is probably one of the most famous addresses, not so much for its kitchen, frankly average or even disappointing, as for the pretty friendly frame (pleasant patio). Las Delicias of Don Tomás, a house specialty, would like to be faithful to the Spanish paella. This is only a very distant cousin… Side drinks try the Trapiche made with rum, pineapple juice and honey.

Following 3 week ramble in Cuba, I must inform you our greater disappointment to the restaurant: casas de DON THOMAS, in Vinalès. The specialty does not keep its promises at all. Although they claim that there is lobster, chicken, pork and chorizo, without much sought success of meat! We had only one dog food rice heated for a price very exaggerated compared to other restaurants. As an example, we have been eating for the same price (for 10cuc) lobster at ROLANDO GALLARDO VALDES Camilo Cienfuegos 42 CELSO MARAGATO THERE SERGIO DOPICO with VINALES. 'Setting' is certainly neat, but that is not enough to make a good restaurant! One is not private to express our disappointment with the owner of the restaurant, but obviously the business goes well with the tourists who let las and did not take our remarks into account!
