One would almost come to the Mural de la Prehistoria only to sit down at this restaurant, which is not economical, but which, from a culinary point of view, stands out from the other addresses thanks to the house specialty. The cerdo asado estilo viñales is the best pork cut in the entire province, if not in Cuba, and is completely fat-free before cooking. Hanging several meters high in a large oven, the meat becomes juicy as desired. A unique recipe that never fails to seduce the consumer. Slightly overpriced for Cuba, but delicious.

Le meilleur repas prit à Cuba! La piña colada est un délice!! On a mangé des fruits exotiques en entrée, puis du congri (mélange de riz et haricots), du porc (quel goût!) et même du manioc! Expérience assez sympa! Pour les personnes ne mangeant pas de porc, ils ont remplacé la viande par une omelette. Et que dire du cadre, le mur de la préhistoire, les montagnes mogotes... Un très bon moment!
Mieux vaut retourner à Vinales pour manger.
