It's the only restaurant in town offering Mediterranean specialties based on pasta, pizzas and olives with all the sauces (hence the name). A good way to eat healthily and an alternative to Cuban dishes. It's also worth noting that the cheeses (goat's cheese in particular) used in the various dishes are produced on the restaurant's own ecological farm, which you can also visit. You can also buy fresh goat's cheese directly on site. A truly original organic address in the Cuban landscape.

Situé sur la rue principale, nous avons dinés sur la petite terrasse qui ne compte que 4 tables.
L'accueil est sympathique et le service rapide.
La cuisine est simple mais c'est bon et les assiettes bien présentées.
L'addition est dans les normes pour ce type de restaurant très fréquenté par les touristiques.
Regardez à coté en remontant la rue, il y a une pharmacie typiquement Cubaine
