The vineyards of Rosenwiller produce very tasty wines thanks to the clay-limestone soils of the Westerberg area. Today managed by Nicolas, the Einhart family estate was created at the end of the 19th century. For Nicolas Einhart, tradition is essential, that's why he cultivates his vines in an ancestral and organic way. However, he does not turn his back on modernity: he has thus trained himself to fly over the plots of his estate with a drone in order to spot differences in vigour, deficiencies and missing vines. All this allows him to produce racy wines, worthy of the most beautiful expressions of the Alsace appellation. As an aperitif or to accompany gastronomic dishes, there is something for everyone!
